Contribute to the provision of a quality HR service to employees and line
management by delivering administrative and general HR support and assistance.
Contribute to the building of an organisational brand and reputation as an employer of choice with an EVP.
Originate all employee documentation ensuring proper authorization, record and information management thereof.
Provide support to the recruitment and selection of best fit appointments through the
origination of relevant documentation and the closeout prior to appointments.
Build a team of suitably skilled labour which would be available to support operationally when we are faced with absenteeism / short notice resignations, operational demand etc.
Ensuring the availability of accurate and up to date information and employee data
through the maintenance of appropriate and aligned HRIS systems including record management.
