Mechanical Technician

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Mechanical Technician for a permanent position based in eThekwini, Durban Kwazulu Natal. Experience in a manufacturing machinery environment essential. Candidates available to start as soon as possible preferred, but not a non-negotiable.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• 3 years of experience repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery
• Grade 12 with Maths (essential)
• Trade Certificate in Mechanical (essential)
• Boiler Certificate advantageous
• Reside close to Pietermaritzburg, Cato Ridge, Pinetown

Duties:

• Maintaining and repairing equipment
• Reporting any machine safety and maintenance irregularities
• Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Data analysis to assess the performance of machinery
• Communicating with and supporting production team
