Pest Control Officer

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Pest Control Officer for a permanent position based in Upington Northern Cape. Previous experience and applicants available to start immediately will take preference.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

  • Min 1 Year Pest Control Experience
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Structural pest control skills course with Pest Control Industries Training Academy (PCITA)
  • Valid P Number – Pest Control Operator
  • To start immediately preferred

Duties:

  • Ensure quality On Time Service is done  
  • Work to company standards by completing tickets on time at all client’s sites.
  • Ensure the service and information is scanned and documented on the Pest Management System
  • Provide a professional and comprehensive service in line with SOP’s
  • Complete all required documentations   
  • Complete daily treatments reports and ensure IPM file is maintained and updated after each service
  • Obtain clients signature after service is completed
  • Document proofing and housekeeping requirements
  • Document all units missing and / or broken
  • Supervise PCO Assistants and Interns      
  • Supervise and teach PCO assistants and Interns in line with SOP and client’s scope of work and/or HACCP standards as required
  • Manage Company Assets             
  • Take care of company vehicle and equipment
  • Report all broken equipment on site and in use to deliver service
  • Advise office of problems with vehicle and/or repairs required
  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed              
  • Apply and implement all safety standard
  • Customer Care – Build professional relationships with all stakeholders     
  • Carry out all reasonable tasks other than what is stated above as requested
