Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Representative in Pinetown, Durban, Kwazulu Natal to grow new and additional business in the KZN targeted areas for a JSE listed company. This is a permanent position with benefits. R16k Basic, Fuel Card & Commission.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Grade 12; Tertiary: Sales & Marketing Qualification.
• Driver’s License: Valid Code EB or higher, Own, reliable vehicle.
• 2 Years’ experience in external sales – client facing, service industry
• Well presented, excellent telephonic and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent time-management and self-management skills.
• Passionate about customer service and client relationships.

KPI’s

• To grow new and / or additional business.
• Achieve monthly targets.
• Building relationships with existing clients in their specific areas.
• Planning of monthly & daily activities and organising a daily diary.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Focus on specific market areas.
• Re-signing and upgrading of customers.
• Prospecting and conducting of needs analyses and surveys.
• Follow-up on customer queries and ensure after-sales service.
• Follow-up on installations.
• Completion of installations, withdrawals & surveys.
• Ensure customer satisfaction & smooth running of the business.
• Prepare and submit commission sheets.
• Promote the image of the company.
