Service Supervisor

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a customer, client services supervisor based in KuGumpo City, East London, Eastern Cape. This is a permanent position for a junior level supervisor to upskill themselves across the branch and sites.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• Qualification – Operations Management Diploma is advantageous.
• 2 Years’ management / leadership supervisor / office management experience
• HR / IR experience will be advantageous.
• 2 Years’ service management experience in products and services based businesses.
• Driver’s license Code 08, own vehicle
• Please Note: this is a junior-mid level position 2 years experience, no more than 5 years

Duties:

• Full responsibility of services within the Branch.
• Asset Management.
• Customer visits and liaison / problem solving.
• Vehicle maintenance/servicing and check list.
• Supervision of loading and uploading of stock.
• Management oversight and involvement in health & safety procedures in conjunction with health & safety representative.
• Adherence to and achieving stipulated key performance indicators in terms of use of handheld devices; providing services on time and sequencing of services followed.
• Manage installations, maintenance tickets and withdrawals.
• Order & control of stock and warehouse.
• Stock management and control of contract consumables.
• Staff management & training
• Distribution staff management.
• Attend meetings as required at customers sites.
• Management and coordination of client safety files and safety files at client sites in order to keep them up to date and current.
• Manage employee medicals and inductions for specific sites where needed to keep these certifications current and up to date so that work can be conducted at these sites without interruption.
• Performance of reasonable tasks other than what is stated above.
