Area Sales Representative

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for an Area Sales Consultant based in Pinelands, Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, achieving monthly targets, managing, and growing the existing customer base, conducting surveys and needs analyses, negotiating pricing, and following up on installations and customer queries.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate, Sales and Marketing Diploma would be advantageous.
• A minimum of two years’ external sales experience.
• Industry experience in the service or facilities industry preferred
• Drivers License, Own reliable transport.
• Computer literacy and the ability to work effectively on multiple online platforms.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, customer relationship, time management and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage a daily diary, and consistently pursue monthly sales targets.
• Attention to detail with strong administration skills

Duties:

• To grow new and/or additional business.
• Building relationships with existing clients in their specific areas.
• Planning of monthly & daily activities and organising a daily diary.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and focus on specific market areas.
• Re-signing and upgrading of customers.
• Prospecting and conducting of needs analyses and surveys.
• Follow-up on customer queries and ensure after-sales service.
• Follow up on installations, completion of installations, withdrawals & surveys.
• Ensure customer satisfaction & smooth running of the business.
• Prepare and submit commission sheets.
• Promote the image of the company and its services and products at all times

Package on offer:
 R22,000 – R25k per month, inclusive of basic salary and company Provident Fund contributions
 Company fuel card
 R400 monthly cell phone allowance
 Excellent commission structure
