Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Care Consultant based on-site in Sasolburg, Vaal River, Free State. The successful candidate will be based on site and will be responsible for managing the client relationship, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining overall customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• Sales and Marketing Qualification
• Drivers License, Own Transport
• 2-3 years customer and sales experience

Duties:

• Planning of monthly & daily activities on app
• Visit base customers monthly & quarterly
• Conduct surveys & attend meetings
• Prospecting & conducting of needs & analysis
• Follow-up on customer queries & ensure after-sales services
• All paperwork / admin that goes with the above mentioned actions
• Customer satisfaction at all times and promote the image of the company
• Commission offered on additional sales or upselling opportunities, such as the sale of additional equipment or services outside of the existing contract scope.
