Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Finance Manager (CA) Chartered Accountant based in Eswatini (Swaziland). Reporting to the GM Finance, this is a permanent position. We are primarily looking to recruit Eswatini citizens living abroad and looking to repatriate back home, or those currently based in Eswatini.
The key function of the Finance Manager is to generate insightful analyses of business performance and behaviour, and contribute to formulation of business strategies and plans for identification of opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills
• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• Chartered Accountant
• 3 years’ experience in Financial Management in the FMCG Industry
• Own transport
• Proficient with MS Office suite
• Advanced Excel
• Experience with an ERP system like SAP.

Duties:
• Produce timeous monthly, quarterly and year-end reports for all companies under the group, for the Exco team and Head Office.
• Manage the creditors and debtors’ teams to ensure timeous payments and collections.
• Manage the GP margins in the business.
• Manage the RFC process ensuring no claims slip through the system.
• Drive the identification of trends and provision of insights to the Management and Sales team members for the motivation and encouragement of business leaders to grow the organization profitability.
• Manage master data, pricing and claims teams, ensuring that all these functions perform effectively in support of customer needs and business strategy.
• Generate the relevant information and provide data to support Sales and collaborate as a team to co-relate field activities and distributor behaviour to data.
• Perform review of promotions at regular intervals and share insights.
• Perform regular review of sales, sell out rate and inventory with buyers and merchandisers
• Perform value chain analysis and suggestion to management for improving the margin analysis, this includes handling pricing analysis.
• Actively manage cash flows.
• Preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports as required.
• Assist the annual budgeting activities and monthly forecasting process.
• Assist in driving planning cycles developing budget, forecasting & business plans.
• Provide timely reports to be acted upon based on the analyses, in an easy-to-understand format such as tables, charts and graphs.
• Manage the performance of direct reports, driving a high-performance culture.
• Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned.
