General Manager Operations

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a General Manager Operations for a permanent position based in Port Elizabeth, Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. The GM Operations will be responsible for managing of all disciplines within the branch in a profitable manner to achieve financial ratios and monetary objectives, as well as ensuring that service quality is aligned with profitability.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Grade 12 & Management qualifications (Operations; Business and or related)
• 5-10 years experience as a General Manager, Service-related experience and/or Experience in sales activities
• Own Transport, Drivers License
• Willing and able to work extended hours when required

Duties:

• Oversee and take responsibility for sales, operations, and administration
• Improving service delivery to achieve operational requirements in respect of route optimisation & KPI as well as Quality KPI
• Ensure compliance to ISO
• Ensure that branch % regional targets are met
• Managing profitability of the branch
• Ensure that equity as well as health and safety committees meet as prescribed and that minutes of the meetings are submitted
• Training and development of staff Growing the business through additional and existing customers
• Building professional relationships with customers
• Manage subordinates
