Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Graphic Designer for a permanent position based in Centurion, Gauteng. The position requires someone with experience in creative and product design boxes for online content, web and graphic design.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design Portfolio showcasing graphic design
• Portfolio of Work & Designs
• 2 Years experience Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, InDesign (or equivalent).
• Video, Animation and Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects (2D), Blender/Cinema 4D (3D optional).
• Monday – Saturday (Saturday 8am-1pm, one weekend off)
• Strong understanding and application of visual identity.
• Own transport, located in the Centurion
• Able to meet deadlines without constant oversight
• Can work independently but also collaborate easily with marketing, sales, and regional teams
• Microsoft Office Suite for integration with business documents.
• Ability to storyboard, conceptualize, and execute creative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Digital Marketing: understanding design best practices for digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to think strategically when completing creative tasks and share creative ideas.

Duties:

• Website maintenance and design and create product boxes and creative designs
• Develop marketing and branding designs and products
• Design internal communication materials (posters, newsletters, digital screens).
• Execute video editing and motion graphics projects from concept to completion.
• Create content for social media, presentations, and campaigns.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of all multimedia projects.
• Work independently and manage deadlines, including afterhours/weekend work when required.
• Collaborate with various departments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Close collaboration with marketing to brainstorm creative ideas for digital campaigns, product launches and anything required.
