Learning Design & Digital Lead

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Learning Design & Digital Lead to support the transformation of our Learning & Development function into a capability-driven model. This role is responsible for designing and developing scalable e-learning solutions, managing the Learning Management System and leveraging digital and AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• Relevant qualification in L&D, HR, Education, or related field
• 4–6 years’ experience in instructional design / digital learning
• Experience with LMS platforms
• Strong eLearning development capability
• Ability to translate technical content into practical learning
• Experience using or willingness to adopt AI tools for content development
• Able to start 1 June 2026 preferred
• Own transport, based on site

Duties:

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop eLearning programmes and learning pathways
• Convert SOPs and operational content into structured training solutions
• Manage LMS (user access, enrolments, content, reporting)
• Drive standardisation and scalability of training
• Support onboarding journey design (90-day capability model)
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development and improve learning delivery

The package offered is CTC: R30,000, includes Provident fund; Performance based Bonus in December
Working hours- 08:00 to 16:30, Location: Kempton Park, Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
