National Call Centre Agent

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a National Call Centre Agent for a permanent position based in Kempton Park, Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate, Diploma or Certificate in Call Centre advantageous
• 5 years of Customer service experience
• 2 to 3 years Call Centre experience
• Bonus in December that is Performance based
• Working hours – 08:00 to 16:30

Duties:

• Identify and respond to Customer needs
• Answer calls and log tickets timeously
• Record all complaints on the system
• Ensure that all complaints are corrected within the specified times
• Follow up on Customer queries and Overdue tickets
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys
• Assisting Key Accounts Manager
• Scheduling of Call Centre activities to facilitate effective execution
• Manage and analyse Customer service levels
• Respond to complex requirements from Clients
