Sales Agent

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales agent sales trader for a permanent position based in Vereeniging, Johannesburg Gauteng. This is an on-site position, not remote or hybrid, Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle. You will be responsible for new business sales as well as assisting sales consultants. Liaising with customers on new products, full product ranges and prospecting for new business.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• English, Afrikaans
• Call Centre experience advantageous
• Internal sales / counter sales experience
• 3-5 years experience in counter/sales role
• Drivers License, Must have own reliable vehicle.
• Computer literate – MS Office and related CRM software

Duties:

• Achieve monthly sales targets and branch goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve budgeted GP% in line with branch requirements.
• Liaise with customers and promote the full product range.
• Focus on designated market sectors and areas while working towards predetermined call ratios.
• Prospect for new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and process customer invoices.
• Grow and develop the existing customer base.
• Follow up on deliveries, quotations, and customer queries.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Manage time effectively and plan activities through the CRM system.
