Outbound Sales Consultant

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for an Outbound Telesales Consultant responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, answering questions, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Grade 12; and/or Sales related accreditation would be advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Outbound / Telesales environment
• Located in Durban North
• Able to meet target
• Well spoken and able to multitask

Duties:

• Achievement of monthly sales target and set goals
• Build customer relations
• Achieve budget GP% as per branch budget
• Liaising with customers and promoting the product range
• Focus on specific areas and markets and work towards pre-determined call ratio
• Prospecting quotes and invoicing customers
• Grow the current base
• Follow up on deliveries, quotes and queries
• Ensure excellent service
• Proper record keeping and filling of paperwork
• Time management and proper planning via CRM system

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
• Knowledge of the company’s products and ability to explain them clearly
• Basic understanding of market trends and customer needs
